Pretty much same as previous month.. Just she getting more and more active, she got 6 teeth now, crawling and standing is her daily exercise. Recognizing people now, if she see me and im not carrying her, she will start crying. she could stand with support but sometimes she might lose her balance and fall down. But you could see she is learning everyday, and she knows how to slowly bend her knee, instead of sit down directly on the floor. as parent, you feel so much of happiness with the little one progressing daily, yet at the same time feeling the time passes so fast. The moment she was in my arm, now she has her own thinking, exploring the world in her own way. The most of the thing we could do for her, would be accompany her go through this. Sadly to say, we all still need to work, can’t accompany her 24/7. but i try to bring her where ever we go.
The haze is getting worse, so her daily evening activity is cancelled. MIL used to bring her to downstairs to wait for me home. But since got mosquito, mil only brought her to walk around the block then bring her up. Now, because of the haze, the activity is cancelled. She just stay indoor most of the time.
We went for her nurse assessment, she doing quite well except on the part of hearing. Sometimes she just ignore the sound behind her. the nurse repeated same test a few times in order to get the result. The test is quite interesting, she sit on my lap. Nurse will shake the toy in the front of us. Then go behind our back and on the device either on the left or right. If Ainsley doesn’t respond correctly, she will go to the centre and shake the toy again, like reset Ainsley focus. She repeated a few times till Ainsley really respond correctly. The raisin test, at first baby doesn’t dare to grab it, after awhile then only she start touching it and hold it. She can hold things for long time if she wanted.
This is her first mid autumn festival. I bought her a lantern. She’s too young for a paper lantern with candle. Thus i bought her an electric one, it’s a cow shape lantern. I thought it just those got lights and music one. Haha, end up actually it can moves, got spotlight and playing a popular song. She was scare at first, subsequently she grab it and.. u know.. she bite on it again. Hahaha.. MIL will on the lantern to keep her occupy while she busy at the kitchen. On the mid autumn festival day, we brought her to downstairs to have a look.. but didnt see much kids or adults playing lantern, probably due to rain and still hazy weather. Shall be more fun when she grows older. I wonder would she enjoy the festival as much as we were kid. Or slowly all this traditional festival will no longer be practising, no one will remember that.
Her hair is longer, so soft, suppose to trim it, but we have not do anything about it I bought a few hairclips and hair band for her. It looks so cute on her. At first she ok with it, now she starts pulling it down. -_-”’ But, I will still buy for her in future..
