Woke up in the morning, we went for the same dim sum shop for our breakfast. Then went over to the biscuit shop to shop for some souvenir for our family and friends.
After check-out from hotel, we went to Gurney plaza. If we were travel without Ainsley, we might go for other places for visiting. With her around, we try not to arrange so much activities. And the places to visit we also have to be more selective. So shopping center will be a better choice to spend half of the day before we leaving Penang.
We had lunch and do some shopping there as well. To avoid traffic jam, we took a cab slightly early to the airport. After we check-in, we try to locate the nursing room. And we manage to find it. Just that while we were inside, someone is banging the door outside, so rude. The nursing room use the same chair as the waiting area. No washing basin all that, but it’s good enough to have some privacy as the room can be locked. As a breastfeeding mum, I always got to look out for nursing room when travelling. Well, not all the places are breastfeeding friendly, thus I always had my nursing cover with me.
Overall our small little family trip is consider success with some hiccups. Would I go Penang again? Probably we would get a car to travel around if there will be next time. For our subsequent trip, we would bring Ainsley too, though she might not remember, but I just can bear to leave her at home while I’m travelling. Oh ya, she get free tickets before she turns 2 years old, we just have to pay for the tax. For next time, we will need to do more proper and detailed . Some oplanning and look out for latest informationf the information were outdated, which cause some of the hiccup and we have to deal with it along the way. And I hope our baby gal will learn to enjoy travelling as much as we do.
